London Communion October 2012

London Communion October 2012 Gig PosterSunday, 7th October 2012 at Notting Hill Arts Club, London

After a cracking start to Communion last month, October sees the evening sun waning and us all wanting to get cosy together so where better than in the comfort of the Notting Hill Arts Club.

We’ve put together a full to the brim bill with seven acts performing. Opening the night is London artist Stevie Ray bringing his mix of acoustic blues.
Bristol based singer/songwriter George Ezra will be performing next with his delicate guitar melodies and deep soulful voice that seems impossible to have come from such a young man. Laurence Galpin hailing from Brighton brings his enchantingly high voice, accompanied with a tapping of acoustic guitar.
Wise Children performs tracks full of electronic beats dusted with acoustic guitar; this coupled with Robin’s delicate voice is sure to captivate your ears and eyes.
Norwegian artist Susanne Sundfor adds her soaring haunting vocals and dark melodies to this months line up. If one Norwegian act wasn’t enough, we bring you Like Spinning comprising of members from London and Oslo. After playing Communion Bristol they now bring their light and lingering melodies to London.
Closing the show will be Leicestershire’s Dark Dark Horse with their electronic beats and sounds fused with acoustic melodies, topped with the hushed vocals of singer Jamie Ward.

See you all there!
