London Communion February 6th 2011

Communion are very excited indeed to present one of our greatest ever line ups!

Headlining Notting Hill Arts club on February the 6th we have Milk White White Teeth, a veritable 10 piece orchestra from Leeds, we’ve heard so much about these guys and can’t wait to have them play, like a cross between Arcade Fire and The National. Next up we are astounded to be able to present Fink (acoustic set) – a personal hero of all of ours. This is a one off opportunity to see one of the greatest songwriters of the last 10 years play such an intimate venue and we are VERY excited about it! Next up is the hotly tipped and soulful Hey Laura showcasing new material, and following on, equally destined for big things are London four piece Islander – we’ll eat our hats if both these bands don’t become huge before the end of 2011. First up we have Dylan influenced Jonas Alaska and Jose Gonzalez/Delta Blues influenced Philippe Nash.
