Communion Bristol: Thursday 7th October

Welcome back Communion goers!

After a long summer filled with fun and festivals, Communion Bristol returns for another year of brilliant music.

The shows will now occur on the FIRST THURSDAYS of every month and will also keep you dancing further on into the night time, now ending at 4am!

The next one is on Thursday 7th October. Here’s the line-up:

Patch William

Patch William are a young quartet from London who meld lyrics and music to create songs that everyone can love, not least 6 Music’s Tom Robinson and Stephen Fry, who declared his admiration for the band on Twitter, saying “Might Patch William be the next big thing? They seem rather wonderful to me.” Their remarkable songwriting talent led them to be nominated for an Ivor Novello award in 2009, and with producer Steve Levine at the helm, the future looks very bright indeed. Read more here.

Ethan Ash

Ethan Ash is an upcoming singer-songwriter who is currently playing shows all over the UK. Notable achievements in 2010 have included playing Secret Garden Party Festival and playing support for guitar legend Nick Harper. Read more here.

Joyshop
