Communion Brighton – 21st March

Brighton’s Communion offers up a truly immense conglomerate of artists in March, with a line-up of huge proportions.

The headliners, ‘Pope Joan’ are set to release their greatly anticipated upcoming single ‘Dictator’. In respect of this land mark event the band have teamed up with ‘Communion’ to throw an extra special evening in aid of the acclaimed track.

The four support acts stand in equal tenor. Firstly, as the magnificent ‘Rob The Rich’, a group surrounded by self-built expectation and unfaltering adoration confirmed by their huge on-stage persona.

Next up we have ‘Cha Cha’, having just released their debut single ‘Phonographic Love’ this trio are set to impress with their self-proclaimed ‘pop’ sensibility and welcome live-show adorned positivism.

‘Kyla La Grange’, the next support, will become a household name, that’s all there is to it. Until that ever-nearing future, we are fortunate enough to see the rising star’s wordsmith abilities in a more intimate surrounding. Expect to be hooked by her bittersweet lyrics aligned above succinct songs of immediate affection.

Finally, opening the night are local charmers ‘The Common Tongues’, a great tip for future forerunners in Brighton and beyond. Definitely best to get in early for this one!

The ever effluent Martin will be comparing the evening whilst resident DJ Ultimatt spins the yarn and generally looks nice. Alongside all this we have Jack Decie of Phonic FM to play us out on the decks. Marvellous!
